What is Jeep Wave Customer Care Program?
Jeep Wave is Jeep's customer loyalty program. Owners of vehicles covered by Jeep Wave get maintenance offers, 24/7 support, and more! As we mentioned above, all 2021 Jeep models will come out of the factory enrolled in Jeep Wave. Why, you ask? Well, that is because 2021 marks Jeep's 80th year of production. In addition to the 80th Anniversary Edition trim levels across the entire lineup, Jeep made their customer loyalty program more accessible. Not only is Jeep Wave more available, but it has also been extended from 24 months to 36 months, giving customers an extra year of coverage!
What are the benefits of the Jeep Wave Program?
A vehicle is oftentimes the second largest investment of your life. Jeep wants to help their customers protect that investment. To do so, Jeep Wave offers the first three oil changes and tire rotations for free within 36 months.
