Trim Levels
The 2022 Dodge Challenger is available in a spread of exciting trim levels and special editions: the SXT, GT, R/T, R/T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat, SRT Hellcat Redeye, SRT Super Stock, and the new Jailbreak. The R/T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat, and SRT Hellcat Redeye can all be ordered with a factory-installed widebody kit. The SRT Super Stock and Jailbreak come standard with it. The GT introduces the single-scoop hood, while the SRT Hellcat and above are outfitted with double-scoop hoods. From wheel options and decals to classic paint colors, the new Challenger is highly customizable.
Engine
The new SXT has a 303-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 engine that produces 268 pound-feet of torque. The R/T's 5.7-liter V-8 engine creates up to 375 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. The R/T Scat Pack's 485-horsepower 6.4-liter V-8 engine gives you 475 pound-feet of torque. The SRT Hellcat sports a 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 engine that delivers 717 horsepower and 656 pound-feet of torque. The SRT Hellcat Redeye introduces a stronger version of the last engine that churns out 797 horsepower and 707 pound-feet of torque. The SRT Super Stock has an even better version that increases its strength to 807 horsepower.
Performance
If you're looking for a ride that transitions well from weekend excitement to getting you to work safely in the rain, the SXT has an available all-wheel-drive system that improves the muscle car's traction. The Challenger has multiple Brembo brakes to choose from, each more powerful than the last. The SRT Power Chiller helps cool the heat exchangers to improve your muscle car's performance. Use the launch assist features for improved performance from the starting line. Switch to Sport or Track Mode to push your Challenger to the next level.
Interior
As you progress through the Challenger's trim levels, its cabin grows more exceptional. Upgrade your drive's soundtrack with the available six-speaker Alpine sound system or the 18-speaker Harman Kardon system. Also available is leather upholstery for front seats with ventilation and heating functions. The Challenger offers an 8.4-inch touch screen that you can use to integrate your smartphone with your car.
